Got up at 5:45 as usual, took MRT train at 6:10, arrived at our small shala at 6:40. Began my mysore practice from 6:45 (as student), finished 3 minutets Savasana at 8:00 (full primary series in 75 mins), took a very quick shower in one minute, and started two mysore classes from 8:00 till 11:30 (as teacher), adjusted students, and helped a junior teaching assistant. And had second shower (much longer, well, 2 mins).
Had lunch at 12:15, had some coffee at 1:15. (Café Kuroshio, your ristrettos are always amazing, and of course, the second shot was better, since it was much rounder and mellower, and it's free!) Took bus to the big studio at 2:30, had a third shower (much much longer, 5 mins, a real shower), took a short nap from 2:50 to 3:15. And a class again, a Hatha one (as teaching assitant), 90 mins. After the class, fourth shower today, and dragged myself ouf of the studio.
Ok, that's enough for today.
It seemed my bag was weighted with thousand kilos of lead (full of sweaty and stinky clothes...), and my legs didn't follow my order anymore.
(Journal logs continue on....)
Ate dinner at 6:15, took MRT train back home at 6:50. The train was crowded, noisy, and smelled not quite good. Thanks to Bach, and his English Suites, I had no resentment towards any body in the carriage or the station or the street, not at all. (alright, I admit, just a little bit, you know, rush hours...) I was totally sunk and melted into Murray Perahia's music, and nothing else could pierce into my ears.
Finally got home. Fed my cat and had some quality time with him (an oldie-fatty-but-sweetie).
Thank god (and Adnan), I finished my teacher training homework today! It's time to have my final shower today (the fifth time!) and some real good rest.
Namaste.
